Grafia’s Vuoden Huiput 2025 competition has once again brought together the very best of Finnish creative design for evaluation by an expert jury. Led by Chief Judge Lotta Nieminen, the 60-member jury of creative professionals convened on February 7, 2026, at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences’ Hämeentie campus.
A total of 644 entries were submitted across 15 categories. As in previous years, the Moving Image category received the highest number of submissions (68). The Campaign, Outdoor Advertising, Text, and Identity categories also attracted a significant number of entries. This year’s craft-themed Joker category, “The Art of Finishing,” received 36 submissions. Despite the challenging economic climate in the creative industry, the competition saw an increase in participation compared to last year’s total of 631 entries.
The shortlist for Vuoden Huiput 2025 features 99 works, presented in alphabetical order. All shortlisted entries will be awarded at the gala and published in the Vuoden Huiput annual.
The Vuoden Huiput 2025 Gala will take place at the Dance House Helsinki on April 23, 2026, with tickets going on sale on Tuesday, March 3. A total of 40 Silver Awards (Hopeahuippu), 15 Gold Awards (Kultahuippu), and two special prizes will be presented, along with several individual recognitions. The Gold Award winners were selected through a closed vote, and their recipients will be revealed only at the ceremony. From among the Gold Award winners, Chief Judge Lotta Nieminen will select the overall Grand Prix winner of the competition.
