Our Young Designers of the Year 2022 Laura Juslin and Lilli Maunula are presented in an exhibition at Institut finlandais in Paris.
Carte blanche à Juslin Maunula focuses on their new Jumble collection. Its main material is textile waste, which has interested both Laura Juslin and Lilli Maunula for quite a while. With the collection, the designers are searching for new ways to work sustainably and across borders.
Design Forum Finland’s Young Designer of the Year prize is an encouragement award with the intention to support young designers in their uncompromising and unique work. The prize has been founded in 2000 and it is euros 5 000. In 2018–2022 prize has included participation in the IF Studios program of Institut finlandais in Paris. Read more about the prize.
