TAD Week 2025

The Tampere Architecture and Design Week will be held for the 18th time this year. The theme for 2025 is nature.

Amidst climate change, we need nature-based solutions to support the well-being of humans and other species. Nature has always inspired designers, from Jugend-style buildings to the architecture of the Aaltos and in design. In the future, methods based on algorithms and artificial intelligence will enable new biomimetic and biophilic design solutions, allowing us to create holistically sustainable products, buildings, and cities. Through this theme, we aim to spark discussions on how nature can bring us together to build a better future.
